Jeff The Trainer Personal Fitness Training Ever wonder how the
bodies of Professional Athletes, especially Professional Boxers & UFC Fighters always look so good?
It's no secret that almost all the Professional Fighters use Personal Fitness
Trainers to help their bodies become as fit possible. So if
you want a body like Adonis or A Diva, you need Jeff The Trainer's Personal Fitness
Training System, WELCOME! YOU ARE SERIOUS, then I
can help you! Utilizing the most advanced exercise techniques in
the fitness field, I, Jeff The Trainer has created a Personal Fitness Training System
System that can unlock your potential to improve
how your body looks & improve your overall health.
Why does one need a Personal
Fitness Trainer? The primary objective of Personal Fitness
Training is to motivate individuals to initiate a fitness program
by using the services & equipment provided by Please be sure to get a complete physical examination & get medical clearance before starting any exercise program. The Jeff The Trainer's Personal Fitness Training System adhere's to three specific training principles. The first of these principles is called the "Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands " or the S.A.I.D. principal, which in simple terms means " Use it or Lose it ". Once you begin the exercise program your body will begin to " adapt " to the " imposed demands " that you have placed on it by performing the exercises in the training program. The second training principle that will be implemented will be the " Gradual Progressive Overload " or the G.P.O. principal which in simple terms means " Start slow and build ". If a person hasn't been involved in an exercise program, the new " imposed demands " placed on your body may be vulnerable to the effects of over training or even injury. This is why a personal fitness trainer must ensure that a client start off slow and allow your muscles to " adapt " to the " imposed demands ". Gradually, as you continue to " progress " with the exercise program the ability for your muscles to recover from stress will increase. For example, if you are a beginner, it is suggested that you start performing your exercise program 2 or 3 times per week. As your muscle recovery time decreases, your muscle endurance increases and your stamina increases, you may want to begin to perform the exercise program 4 - 5 times a week. Your body gradually progresses to endure the "overload " or exercise program. This progress will prepare your body to undergo the third training principle, "Frequency Intensity Time Type " or the F.I.T.T. principle. The F.I.T.T. principle is the " Exercise Prescription " :
Machine Weight Training versus Free Weight Training
Unless you are going
to meet with me 7 Days a week all year long ( possible but not likely ), you may
want to continue an exercise program at a Fitness Facility. I strongly suggest
attending Group Classes to increase your cardiovascular strenght & train at an instructor's pace. This will enable you to put more energy in your daily routines as well as your training routines.
